Quantum Theory
I've been always perplexed by a certain affinity between the unconscious and the non-measured, uncontrolled behavior of microscopic objects according to quantum mechanics. For example:
the explicitly superluminal (nonlocal) features of the theory should not permit the sending of controllable superluminal signals.
Namely, superluminal signals, which are present in quantum theory, should not violate local causality - but only when they are controllable. This is suspiciously similar to the behavior of the mind: everything can emerge in unconscious, but consciously only a limited number of thoughts make sense.
